sorry to leave everybody in the dark..i didn,t realize how many people knew there was problem... last Sunday dad had an aneurysm in his stomach and thanks to the fast actions of everyone he was airlifted to London,s Victoria hospital for emergency surgery. they tell us on a scale of good to bad the operation went well, and he is recovering quicker than expected..they have taken him out of the critical care center and into a regular room..i think he,s in a hurry to get back to the races with his quad..he really loved helping to push the sprints last Friday. thanks for all your thoughts and preyer's. they mean alot... i,ll update you all soon. thanks rob....

hey all sorry it,s taken so long. we were up to see dad yesterday(wednesday)he is doing a lot better. still a little disoriented but otherwise great.we finally spoke to the doctor this morning and he says dad is doing well and his confusion is normal..they are talking about bringing him back to welland for the remainder of his recovery...not sure if i want that.i think he is getting awesome care up there. it would be easier on mom though.. once again thanks for all the calls and prayers rob
